Job Title: Student Counselor

**Job Description**:

**Responsibilities**:

- **Individual Counseling**:

- Provide one-on-one counseling sessions to students, addressing academic, personal, and social concerns.
- Assist students in setting and achieving academic and personal goals.
- **Group Counseling**:

- Facilitate group counseling sessions to address common issues and foster a supportive community among students.
- Organize workshops and seminars on topics relevant to student development.
- **Communication and Collaboration**:

- Maintain open and effective communication with students, faculty, and parents.
- **Documentation**:

- Keep accurate and confidential records of counseling sessions and student interactions.
- Prepare reports on student progress and counseling outcomes.
- **Organizational Skills**:

- Demonstrate excellent organizational skills to manage counseling schedules, workshops, and events.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree Is required.
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect with students and build rapport.
- Strong organizational skills for managing counseling schedules and events.
- Empathy and a genuine interest in supporting the well-being and success of students.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay
- Performance bonus

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

- Malappuram, Kerala (required)

Ability to Relocate:

- Malappuram, Kerala: Relocate before starting work (required)
