**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Student Counseling**:

- Contact potential students via phone to explain the various distance education programs offered by Eduwin.
- Provide detailed and accurate information about course offerings, admission criteria, and fee structures.
- Assist students in selecting the appropriate course based on their academic qualifications and career goals.

**Lead Management**:

- Follow up on leads generated through inquiries and marketing campaigns.
- Maintain a detailed log of student inquiries, calls made, and follow-up actions in the CRM system.
- Ensure consistent and timely follow-up with potential students to maximize conversions.

**Admission Support**:

- Guide students through the admission process, including form filling, documentation, and fee payment.
- Answer student queries related to course content, mode of study, and learning support for distance education.
- Help students navigate the entire enrollment process smoothly and efficiently.

**Relationship Building**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing students.
- Engage with students and their families, ensuring that their concerns and questions are addressed.

**Achieving Admission Targets**:

- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly admission targets as set by the management.
- Work closely with the admissions team to achieve overall enrollment goals.

**Key Skills and Requirements**:

- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Telecaller or Student Counselor in distance education.
- Strong understanding of distance education programs, processes, and student needs.

**Communication Skills**:

- Excellent communication skills in both English and Malayalam.
- Strong ability to explain educational offerings clearly and persuasively over the phone.

**Sales & Counseling**:

- Target-driven with strong sales and counseling abilities.
- Ability to handle student queries and concerns professionally and guide them towards making informed decisions.

**Organizational Skills**:

- Ability to manage a large volume of student leads and follow-ups efficiently.
- Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to maintain accurate student records.

**Customer Focus**:

- A friendly, approachable demeanor with a genuine desire to help students achieve their educational goals.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a student-centric approach.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum qualification of a Bachelor's degree.
- Previous experience in telecalling or counseling within the education sector (distance education preferred).
- Familiarity with CRM systems and managing student leads is a plus.

**Salary and Benefits**:

- Salary range: ₹10,000 to ₹25,000 per month, depending on experience and qualifications.
