**Job Title**: Student Counselor

**Responsibilities**:

- **Individual Counseling**:

- Support students in setting and accomplishing their academic and personal objectives.
- **Academic Guidance**:

- Provide guidance to students in course selection, academic planning, and career exploration.
- **Communication and Collaboration**:

- Maintain transparent and effective communication channels with students, faculty, and parents.
- **Crisis Intervention**:

- Respond promptly to students facing crisis situations, offering immediate support and appropriate referrals.
- **Documentation**:

- Maintain accurate and confidential records of counseling sessions and student interactions.
- **Organizational Skills**:

- Demonstrate exceptional organizational abilities to manage counseling schedules, workshops, and events efficiently.

**Requirements**:

- Any Bachelor degree.
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
- Outstanding communication skills with the ability to establish rapport and connect with students effectively.
- Empathy and a sincere commitment to supporting the well-being and success of students.

**Application**:
**Salary**: ₹10,043.91 - ₹18,000.00 per month
