Job Overview

Sky Ocean Academy is looking for a dynamic and persuasive Admission Counsellor to guide students through the admission process for our logistics, shipping, and supply chain programs. You'll handle inquiries, explain course benefits, and help students choose the right career path.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle walk-in, phone, and online course inquiries
  • Counsel prospective students about courses and career opportunities
  • Follow up with leads and convert them into admissions
  • Maintain student database and records
  • Coordinate with the academic and marketing teams
  • Participate in student outreach and education fairs (if required)

Requirements

  • Graduate in any discipline
  • 1+ year experience in counselling or inside sales preferred (freshers can apply)
  • Good communication in English and Malayalam
  • Confident, target-driven, and student-friendly
  • Basic computer skills (Excel, Email, CRM is a plus)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹13, ₹16,000.00 per month
