To support its mission, the university is seeking a skilled and dynamic individual to join our team as a Senior Manager - Admissions (Outreach) - Academic InitiativesRole Overview:As the Senior Manager - Admissions (Outreach) , you will play a pivotal role in leading the Outreach sessions (planning, executing), admissions team and overseeing every aspect of the admissions process. Your responsibilities will include developing and executing effective admissions strategies, streamlining enrolment workflows, and ensuring a smooth, positive experience for prospective students. This position demands a customer-focused mindset, excellent interpersonal skills, and a deep understanding of the education sector.Key Responsibilities:Planning and executing Outreach Sessions in the required areas. This is mandatory. Design and execute admissions strategies to achieve the university’s enrolment goals and support its overall objectives."Lead and manage a team of admissions counsellors, offering guidance, mentorship, and training to ensure high performance and professional growth.Represent and promote the university’s programs through presentations, speeches, and outreach activities at alumni events, school conferences, and community job fairs.Leverage enrolment trends and market insights to shape data-driven admissions strategies and maximize recruitment success.Work closely with cross-functional university departments to streamline admissions processes and deliver a smooth, applicant-friendly experience.Requirements:Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.Demonstrated experience in admissions management or a closely related field.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to engage diverse stakeholders and foster strong relationships.Thorough understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance standards related to admissions and student recruitment.
