**Key Responsibilities**
- **Student Advising**:

- Conduct one-on-one meetings with students to discuss academic goals, career aspirations, and course selection.
- Provide guidance on academic policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Assist students in developing academic plans and time management strategies.
- Offer support for students facing academic challenges, such as struggling with coursework or experiencing difficulties with exams.
- **Program Coordination**:

- Coordinate academic programs and initiatives, such as mentorship programs, tutoring services, and academic workshops.
- Collaborate with faculty, staff, and administrators to ensure the smooth operation of academic programs.
- **Student Outreach and Recruitment**:

- Participate in outreach activities to attract prospective students and inform them about academic programs.
- **Data Management and Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate student records and academic data.
- Prepare reports and statistics related to student academic performance and program outcomes.
- **Professional Development**:

- Attend conferences, workshops, and training sessions to stay updated on current trends in higher education and student development.

**Required Qualification**
- Experience working with college or university students.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively with a diverse student population.
- Knowledge of academic advising principles and practices.
- Proficiency in using student information systems and other relevant software
