- Job Title: Business Partner

- Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong business relationships with key clients and stakeholders to ensure alignment with company goals.
- Conduct regular analysis and benchmarking of performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and develop strategic plans accordingly.
- Collaborate with internal departments to align business objectives and streamlining processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
- Facilitate negotiations and discussions to resolve conflicts and drive consensus on business deals and collaborations.
- Utilize advanced Excel skills for data analysis and modeling to support decision-making processes across departments.
- Leverage tele-calling skills to effectively communicate with clients and partners, building trust and rapport over the phone.
- Oversee and manage financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to support business planning and financial strategies.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to develop strategies for enhancing customer engagement and expanding market presence.
- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements to ensure competitive positioning in the market.
- Provide regular feedback and reports on business performance to senior management, proposing actionable recommendations.
- Required Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, with the ability to create detailed reports and presentations.
- Exceptional negotiation skills with experience in closing high-stakes business deals.
- Strong tele-calling skills for effective client and partner communication.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
- Proven track record of at least 5 years as a business partner or in a similar role demonstrating business acumen.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the capability to interpret complex data and financial metrics.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting, maintaining a proactive and positive attitude.
