**Role Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage and maintain servers, networks, firewalls, and IT infrastructure.
- Install, configure, and monitor operating systems, software, and hardware.
- Implement and manage cybersecurity measures, including antivirus, firewalls, and intrusion detection systems.
- Ensure regular **data backup, recovery planning, and disaster recovery management**.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Create and enforce IT policies, user access controls, and compliance standards.
- Manage vendor relationships for IT hardware/software procurement and AMC.
- Provide IT support to staff and train them on safe IT practices.
- Ensure high uptime, performance, and scalability of company systems.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- 3-5 years of proven experience as a **System Administrator / IT Security Specialist**.
- Strong knowledge of **Windows/Linux servers, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and networking protocols**.
- Experience in **firewalls, VPN, endpoint security, and cybersecurity tools**.
- Familiarity with **cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)** preferred.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and ensure high system reliability.

**Salary Package**

**INR 35,000 - 45,000 per month** (Based on experience & skills)
