A minimum of 3 to 6 months experience is required.

Responsibilities
- Data Entry: Enter a variety of data into our ERP system with precision and speed. This includes but is not limited to customer information, sales orders, purchase orders, inventory data, financial transactions, and employee records.
- Data Verification: Review and verify the accuracy of data entered into the ERP system to ensure completeness, consistency, and compliance with established data standards and procedures.
- Data Maintenance: Regularly update and maintain records within the ERP system, including making corrections, updates, and deletions as necessary. Ensure data cleanliness and integrity by performing routine data quality checks.
- Documentation: Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of data entry activities, including any discrepancies or issues encountered during the process. Report any data-related problems to the appropriate supervisor or manager.
- Adherence to Procedures: Follow established data entry procedures and guidelines to ensure consistency and standardization across the organization. Continuously seek opportunities to improve data entry processes and efficiency.
- Collaboration: Coordinate with other departments or team members to gather necessary information and resolve data discrepancies or inquiries in a timely manner. Work closely with IT and ERP system administrators to address technical issues or system enhancements related to data entry functionality.

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in Data Entry: Demonstrated experience in fast and accurate data entry, preferably within an ERP or similar database system.
- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to identify errors and discrepancies in data.
- Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Communication Skills: Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with team members and stakeholders.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot data-related issues independently.
- Confidentiality: Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information and data.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Previous experience working with ERP systems such as Genesys.
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles and terminology.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
