Aankona is committed to excellence in stock management and service. We are seeking a diligent and proactive Stock Control Analyst to join our team. This role involves managing inventory, ensuring stock accuracy, and maintaining an organized and safe work environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Inventory Management**:

- Receive, unload, and process incoming stock and materials.
- Verify shipment accuracy by checking delivery notes, invoices, and purchase orders.
- Maintain organized storage of goods in the warehouse or stockroom.

2. **Stock Organization**:

- Sort, label, and store products in designated locations.
- Arrange stock to maximize space and facilitate easy retrieval.
- Rotate stock according to expiration dates or stock rotation rules (FIFO/LIFO).

3. **Order Fulfillment**:

- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to customer specifications.
- Ensure accuracy in orders and proper packaging for safe delivery.
- Assist in loading and unloading delivery trucks.

4. **Stock Auditing and Reporting**:

- Conduct regular stock counts and audits to maintain accurate inventory records.
- Report discrepancies, damaged stock, or loss of goods to supervisors immediately.
- Utilize inventory management software to update stock levels and track inventory movements.

5. **Health and Safety Compliance**:

- Follow safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries in the warehouse.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, free from hazards.

6. **Coordination with Other Departments**:

- Collaborate with purchasing and logistics teams for timely stock replenishment.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members about stock levels and order statuses.
- Assist in coordinating deliveries and returns with shipping and receiving departments.

- Ensure accuracy in order fulfillment and inventory tracking.

- Quickly address issues related to stock discrepancies, damaged goods, or shipping errors.

1. **1st Round**: CV Shortlisting

2. **2nd Round**: Computer Knowledge Test

3. **3rd Round**: Interview with COO

4. **Final Round**: Interview with CEO
