Responsibilities:
1. Oversee and manage all aspects of kitchen operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and presentation.
2. Ensure high standards of food quality, taste, and consistency are maintained.
3. Manage kitchen staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling.
4. Collaborate with management to develop new menu items and seasonal specials.
5. Monitor and control food costs and inventory levels.
6. Maintain kitchen cleanliness and uphold food safety standards.
7. Work alongside kitchen staff to prepare and cook meals during busy periods.
8. Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless operations and exceptional customer service.

Qualifications:
1. Proven experience as a chef in a professional kitchen environment.
2. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
3. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
4. Excellent understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures.
5. Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
6. Creative approach to menu development and food presentation.
7. Business acumen and the ability to contribute to overall restaurant management and decision-making.
8. Flexibility and willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹650,000.00 per month
