We are looking for a dynamic and customer-oriented Sales Staff member with strong computer knowledge to join our team. The Sales Staff will be responsible for assisting customers, promoting products/services, and utilizing computer skills to enhance the sales process and customer experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist customers in a professional and courteous manner.
- Understand customer needs and recommend products or services that best fit their requirements.
- Use computer systems and software to process sales transactions efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including product displays and signage.
- Provide product knowledge and information to customers to help them make informed purchasing decisions.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and goals set by the management.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive and cohesive work environment.
- Utilize computer skills to generate sales reports, update customer profiles, and track inventory levels.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, promotions, and company policies.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in retail sales or a customer service role.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office and point-of-sale systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Sales-driven mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
- Basic understanding of sales principles and techniques.
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
