**Job Summary -**

As a Sales Advisor, your primary role is to assist customers in finding and purchasing products or services that meet their needs. Your responsibilities typically include:

- Customer Service: Providing excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering their questions, and assisting them in finding the right products or services.
- Product Knowledge: Having a deep understanding of the products or services you're selling, including their features, benefits, and pricing. This enables you to effectively communicate with customers and address their concerns.
- Sales Techniques: Using various sales techniques to persuade customers to make purchases, such as upselling related products, offering promotions or discounts, and highlighting the value of the products or services.
- Building Relationships: Developing strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and foster loyalty. This involves listening to their needs, providing personalized recommendations, and following up after the sale to ensure satisfaction.
- Merchandising: Ensuring that products are properly displayed and organized to attract customers and enhance the shopping experience.
- Administrative Tasks: Completing administrative tasks such as processing transactions, managing inventory, and maintaining sales records.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborating with other team members, such as managers, other sales advisors, and support staff, to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.

Overall, the role of a Sales Advisor requires a combination of excellent communication skills, product knowledge, and a customer-focused mindset to drive sales and ensure customer satisfaction.

**Salary**: ₹18,774.09 - ₹25,584.63 per month
