**Key Purpose of the Role**:
The incumbent will be responsible for end to end sourcing and talent pipelining for all Frost & Sullivan.

**Responsibilities**:
**Principal Responsibilities**:

- Manage job postings on internal and external channels
- Review and manage applicants for every source - Job boards, ATS and vendor network
- Scheduling & coordinating interviews, campus drives.

Qualifications:
**Essential Skills**
- Savvy and resourceful in secondary research
- Ideally 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or sourcing with recruitment agency or HR Excellent stakeholder management skills. Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply
- Experience in working with iCIMS or any Application Tracking System is ideal but not necessary

- Strong organisation skills and has a structured approach to workload.
- Good planning skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Good knowledge of external market intelligence / competitor campaigns
- Ability to work well in a team and motivate
- Highly focused on delivering results
- Motivated and passionate about recruitment.
- Willing to travel and be adaptable and work in a flexible environment
