**Role Brief**:
**Job Deliverables**:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive sourcing strategy to identify and procure finished goods across a wide range of consumer product categories.
- Research and identify potential suppliers/vendors globally, evaluate their capabilities, quality standards, and production capacities.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with suppliers to ensure competitive pricing, favorable payment terms, and adherence to quality standards.
- Continuously monitor market trends, conduct cost analysis, and identify opportunities for cost optimization and efficiency improvements in the sourcing process.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks in the sourcing process, including supply chain disruptions, quality issues, and geopolitical factors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers/vendors to foster collaboration, resolve issues promptly, and drive continuous improvement.
- Proven experience in product sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management, preferably in the consumer goods industry.
- Proven track record of successfully sourcing and procuring finished goods across multiple product categories.
- Strong negotiation skills and experience in contract negotiation and vendor management.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other relevant software tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
