**JOB DESCRIPTION**

1) **Knits Fabric Production**
- Need to have 1-3 years of fabric manufacturing/purchase knowledge.
- Need to have basic knowledge of Knits Fabric 100% Polyester, Polyester/Cotton Blend and 100% Cotton.
- Need to have basic knowledge of process flow of the fabric manufacturing from yarn to finished fabric.
- Need to travel to North India and Tirupur Regularly for Production Follow-ups.
- Should be willing to stay in North Production Centers for 1-2 Months of close follow-ups.
- Need to know basic quality control and testing methods.
- Need to gather yarn prices and processing prices from Industry sources, and negotiate better costs with suppliers.
- Need to understand major and minor fabric defects and methods to avoid and rectify.
- Need to ensure the data is maintained at 100% accuracy.

2) **Trims & Accessories**
- Need to have 1-3 years of trims and accessories purchase for garment factory.
- Need to understand the various part of the trims and accessories with names and types available in market.
- Need to know the right source of the same and consolidate the supplier base, negotiate the cost with key suppliers.
- Need to benchmark the cost per item across 2-3 supplier sources.
- Need to travel to trader/production location to get the production flow ontime,
- Need to plan the qty and item supply flow during the peak and non-peak season.
- Need to ensure buffer stock of all items at all times.
- Need to establish right cost, right set of supplychain and have to ensure the testing parameters and quality check for each items.
- Need to know the potential risks of each item for quality, production delays and other issues.
- Should be willing to stay in North Production Centers for 1-2 Months of close follow-ups.
- Need to ensure the data is maintained at 100% accuracy

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

- SLV Noble, Tirupur, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
