**Job Summary**: As an **Architect**at Acme Designers, you will work closely with the Chief Architect on theme-based designs for large-scale projects. Your role will include conceptualizing and developing floor plans, elevations, and space planning while ensuring design requirements align with client needs.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the Chief Architect to create theme-based designs.
- Develop floor plans, elevations, sections, and space analysis.
- Translate design concepts into detailed drawings and client presentations.
- Create initial sketches for floor plans and sections.
- Use AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp to generate design and presentation materials.
- Oversee MEP, fire drawings, electrical, HVAC, acoustics, and structural engineering aspects.
- Coordinate site work, ensuring that designs are implemented accurately.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress, address design challenges.
- Communicate effectively with clients, consultants, and the internal team.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**:Bachelor's**or **Master's degree in Architecture** from an accredited institution.
- **Experience**: Minimum of **3+ years**of experience in architectural design preferably in theme-based projects.
- **Skills**: Proficiency in **AutoCAD**, **Revit**, **SketchUp**, and other architectural design software.
- **Desired Attribute**:

**Salary**:
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month Based on Professional expertise

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
