**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop architectural plans, layouts, and working drawings based on project requirements.
- Collaborate with clients, engineers, and project managers to understand needs and deliver optimal designs.
- Ensure all designs comply with local building codes, safety regulations, and zoning laws.
- Use software tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Lumion to produce accurate and presentable designs.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure execution aligns with design intent.
- Coordinate with interior designers and MEP consultants during the design and execution phases.
- Prepare presentations and design documentation for client approvals.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized institution.
- 1-4 years of experience in architectural design or similar roles.
- Proficiency in design software: AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, or similar.
- Strong knowledge of construction detailing, material usage, and space planning.
- Excellent communication and visualization skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

**Preferred**:

- Experience in residential or commercial building projects in Bangalore.
- Knowledge of Vastu principles.
- Interior design exposure is a plus.

**Working Days**: Monday to Saturday
**Timings**: 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM
