*Job Summary:*

*Key Responsibilities:*

1. *Design Development*: Design and develop building projects, including preparing and presenting design concepts, plans, and specifications.

2. *Collaboration*: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, contractors, and clients, to ensure project success.

3. *Building Codes and Regulations*: Ensure compliance with local and national building codes, regulations, and standards.

4. *Project Management*: Assist in managing projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.

5. *Client Communication*: Communicate effectively with clients, understanding their needs and preferences.

6. *Design Quality*: Ensure high-quality design solutions that meet client needs and company standards.

7. *Documentation*: Prepare and maintain accurate documentation, including design plans, specifications, and reports.

*Requirements:*

1. *Qualifications*: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.

2. *Licensure*: Licensed Architect in Bangalore/India.

3. *Experience*: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in architectural design and project management.

4. *Skills*: Strong knowledge of architectural design principles, building codes, and industry software, including Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, and SketchUp.

5. *Communication*: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Pay: ₹327,522.46 - ₹539,407.16 per year
