**InfoSec Architect**

**We are looking for**:

- A seasoned and hands-on professional with 6+ years of relevant experience in the IT - InfoSec space
- Understands the business requirements, security risks; auditing controls, providing recommendations, and implementing controls to ensure compliance at all times.
- An individual having the attitude of a malicious hacker to foresee and combat information security risks
- Strong Interpersonal and organizational skills; Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Own and lead the InfoSec function; create a culture of security that safeguards the organization and its clients and partners.
- Ensure InfoSec compliance across the organization by ensuring proper implementation and regular checks of the systems and the ecosystem.
- Develop and architect roadmap to improve organizational InfoSec maturity level
- Review and update the guidelines, processes and policies related to the Information Security on a need basis aligned to industry standards; ensure adherence of the same across the organization
- Conduct regular security drills, risk, threat, and vulnerability assessments in collaboration with internal business divisions to identify and document the threats and risks; Recommend and implement relevant mitigation strategies.
- Develop and implement security related training and awareness programmes across the organization
- Keep an eye on the threat landscape and suggest protective measures for the organization; ensure incident management and crisis response plans are in place and tested regularly
- Develop and implement new security initiatives, such as the process for managing vulnerabilities and exceptions.
- Ensure and manage the organization compliance during audits and certification efforts

**Skills**
- BE/B Tech/MS or Equivalent Degree from Reputed Institution
- Experience and knowledge about the industry security standards and certifications like ISO27001, SOC2, GDPR and others.
- Track record of successfully executing software security programs on AWS, Azure, and In-house Infra.
- Expertise in conveying our security compliance, processes, and policies to the employees, vendors and clients.
- Expertise in leading and successfully completing the Information Security-related projects for IT companies
- Proven track record of managing end-to-end customer/third-party audits and certification for the organization
- Strong work ethics and never-give-up attitude.
- Stakeholder management and excellent communication skills

**Salary**: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,100,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- total work: 5 years (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

- HSR Layout, Bengaluru, Karnataka (required)

Ability to Relocate:

- HSR Layout, Bengaluru, Karnataka: Relocate before starting work (required)
