Calibration of daily digital balances and instrumentation including pH meter.
- Documented work and maintained good laboratory records in notebook and on controlled documentation.
- Responsible for planning and executing production schedule on time and maintained stock of raw materials and finished products on controlled documentation.
- Tested all samples and responsible for the quality of all samples including incoming raw materials, in-process production samples(i.e.finished products), including adjusting batches as required for internal and external customers and also samples for the product going to customers.
- Analyzed parameters as pH levels, specific gravity/density, viscosity, moisture content (on drying and Karl Fischer), Refractive Index, etc.
- Prepared and responsible for quality reports including analytical reports(for raw materials and finished products), certificates of analysis (COA) (for finished products) and also samples for the product going to customers along with party letter and COA.
- Prepared and responsible for packaging and labeling samples for the product going to customers.

Worked with Research and Development on controlled products used in the laboratory.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
