Perform chemical composition analysis of ferrous and non-ferrous metals using Optical Emission Spectroscopy (OES)
- Conduct wet chemical analysis (Gravimetric, Titrimetric, and Colorimetric methods) for elements such as carbon, sulphur, phosphorus, and oxygen content.
- Analyse materials like steel, stainless steel, carbon steel, cast iron, aluminium alloys, copper alloys, nickel alloys, and superalloys.
- Ensure accuracy in determining elemental composition and identifying impurities or alloying elements.
- Ensure testing procedures comply with applicable standards / specifications.
- Maintain test documentation, calibration records, and quality control logs.
- Prepare detailed reports and certificates of analysis based on test results.
- Operate, maintain, and calibrate spectrometers, titration setups, pH meters, and analytical balances.
- Adhere to lab safety protocols and handle chemicals according to hazard management guidelines.
- Train and guide junior chemists and lab technicians on analytical methods and best practices.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
