**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Quality Assurance & Testing**:

- Conduct routine chemical and microbiological analyses on raw materials, intermediates, and finished beverages to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
- Maintain records of tests and calibrations in compliance with industry standards (e.g., FDA, FSSAI, or ISO).
- **Product Development**:

- Assist in formulating new beverage recipes and optimizing existing formulations for taste, stability, and shelf-life.
- Evaluate new ingredients and conduct compatibility studies.
- **Regulatory Compliance**:

- Ensure all products meet regulatory guidelines and standards for the beverage industry.
- Prepare and maintain documentation for audits and inspections.
- **Process Optimization**:

- Work closely with production teams to improve manufacturing processes and troubleshoot issues.
- Conduct research on new technologies and processes to enhance efficiency.
- **Hygiene & Safety**:

- Monitor hygiene practices in production areas to avoid contamination.
- Handle chemicals and laboratory equipment safely, adhering to safety protocols.
- **Documentation**:

- Maintain detailed and accurate reports of all laboratory tests, findings, and recommendations.
- Contribute to preparing product labels and specifications as per regulations.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry, Food Technology, Biochemistry, or a related field.
- **Experience**:

- 1-3 years of experience in a laboratory setting, preferably in the food/beverage industry.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Familiarity with instruments like HPLC, GC, Spectrophotometers, and others used in beverage testing.
- Knowledge of HACCP, GMP, or other quality assurance systems.
- **Soft Skills**:

- Excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
