**Job Requirements**:

- Experience of at least 5 years in pharmaceuticals testing, food testing, or environmental testing
- Previous experience in a team lead role.
- An analytical mind
- A keen eye for detail and desire to probe further into data
- Deadline-orientated and an ability to stick to time constraints

**Responsibilities**:

- Analysis on chromatography instruments, method development, method validation..
- Results interpretation and proper explanation to concerned stakeholders.
- Working with team of junior chemists by carefully supervising their testing, and training them accordingly by proper feedback mechanism.
- Proper documentation as per ISO 17025.
