**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **E-Commerce Platform Management**:

- Ensure the online store is visually appealing, easy to navigate, and constantly updated with accurate product information and pricing.
- Monitor site performance and implement improvements for enhanced user experience.
- **Product Management**:

- Co-ordinate with the product team to ensure timely listing of new products.
- Manage product catalog, including uploading product descriptions, images, and prices.
- Ensure high-quality product images and descriptions to optimize conversion rates.
- **Sales & Marketing**:

- Develop and execute e-commerce marketing strategies to drive online traffic and sales.
- Manage online promotions, campaigns and sales events.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content for newsletters, social media and other digital channels.
- **Customer Service**:

- Handle customer inquiries, complaints and returns efficiently.
- Monitor and respond to customer reviews and feedback.
- **Analytics & Reporting**:

- Analyze sales data to identify trends and insights for business growth.
- Generate regular reports on website performance, sales metrics and customer behavior.
- Utilize analytics tools to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and track ROI on marketing initiatives.
- **Inventory & Order Management**:

- Co-ordinate with the warehouse team to ensure accurate inventory levels.
- Manage order processing and fulfilment to ensure timely delivery.
- Implement systems to streamline order tracking and management.
- **Technical Management**:

- Collaborate with IT team to resolve technical issues related to the e-commerce platform.
- Ensure website security and compliance with industry standards.
- Regularly update the website to ensure compatibility with new browsers and devices.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E-Commerce or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in e-commerce management or a related role.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms (e.g., OpenCart, Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce).
- Excellent analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.
- Familiarity with web analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc.).
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with graphic design software (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator) is a plus.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and other web technologies.
