
Front Office Assistant

**Administrative Support**:Assist with general office tasks, including managing and organizing files, records, and documents.
Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and conferences.
**Office Organization**:Maintain a clean and well-organized office space.
Order and manage office supplies and equipment.
Ensure that office equipment (printers, photocopiers, etc.) are in good working condition.
**Data Entry**:Input data into spreadsheets and databases with a high degree of accuracy.
Update and maintain company databases as needed.
**Front Desk Reception**:Greet and assist visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate personnel.
Handle inquiries and provide information to clients, customers, and employees.
**Travel Arrangements**:Assist in making travel arrangements for staff, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation.
**Filing and Record-Keeping**:Maintain and organize physical and electronic filing systems.
Retrieve and archive documents and records as required.
**Qualifications**:
- High school diploma or equivalent (some college education preferred).
- Proven experience in an administrative or office support role is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Dependable and punctual.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Knowledge of office equipment operation (e.g., photocopiers, fax machines).
**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
