**Front Office Associate**

We are looking for a capable and friendly front office associate to work at our reception area. In this role, your duties will include answering incoming calls, scheduling appointments, and welcoming visitors.

1. Guest Services:

- Greet guests with a warm and friendly demeanor upon arrival.
- Assist guests with the check-in and check-out process, ensuring accuracy in reservations and payment details.
- Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions to guests.
- Handle guest requests promptly and effectively, striving to exceed guest expectations.

2. Reservation Management:

- Manage hotel reservations, including bookings, cancellations, and modifications.
- Ensure accurate input of guest information and preferences into the hotel management system.
- Coordinate with other hotel departments to fulfill guest requests and special requirements.

3. Communication:

- Relay messages and information accurately to guests and other hotel departments.
- Address guest complaints and concerns in a timely and empathetic manner, escalating issues to supervisors if necessary.

4. Cash Handling and Billing:

- Handle cash, credit card transactions, and other forms of payments accurately.
- Prepare and present bills and receipts to guests, ensuring all charges are correct.
- Reconcile cash drawer and report any discrepancies to the supervisor.

5. Administrative Tasks:

- Complete various administrative duties, including filing, data entry, and maintaining guest records.
- Assist in preparing daily reports and occupancy forecasts.
- Maintain a neat and organized front desk area.

6. Security and Safety:

- Monitor the premises and report any suspicious activities or security concerns to the appropriate authorities.
- Follow hotel security and safety protocols to ensure the well-being of guests and staff members.

7. Team Collaboration:

- Collaborate with other front office staff, housekeeping, and maintenance teams to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and supervisors to address guest needs and resolve issues promptly.

8. Upselling and Promotions:

- Promote hotel services, upgrades, and special promotions to guests during the check-in process.
- Encourage guests to participate in loyalty programs and provide information about membership benefits.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent qualification; additional certification in hospitality or related field is a plus.
- Previous 1-2 years experience in a front office or customer service role, preferably in the hotel industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle stressful situations and multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on providing exceptional service to guests.
- Professional appearance and conduct.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
