**Job Overview**:The individual would be involved in installing and setting up products within the Modern Retail Suite for dealerships. As part of the product install team there would be a high degree of involvement with Product and Technology teams and with onsite partners. The role directly impacts customers and would require a customer focused mindset with a high standard for quality, troubleshooting and attention to detail. Training and support would be provided for the task and role.

**Job Responsibilities and Duties**:

- Analyze the workbook install the product as per specifications.
- Gain clarifications as required to ensure a 100% quality.
- Connect with stakeholders for clarifications on a regular basis to ensure quality standards are met.
- Adhere to the prescribed service level agreement as defined by the business.
- Build and update documentation for the process.
- Adopt a mindset of continuous learning of the industry, technology, and process along with other areas of interest.
- Remain flexible for shift work and occasional work over weekends to meet deadlines.
- Gain domain knowledge of the industry.

**Qualifications**:

- A working knowledge **Excel** and **SQL queries**.
- An excellent level of **English communication.**:

- Bachelors in technology / IT / Computer Science.
- Other tools / technologies that would be an added advantage to have are Python Basics / Snowflake DB.

**Personal Characteristics**:
Individuals who are curious by nature and solution focused would be best suited for the role. Strong logical and analytical capabilities with an attention to detail.

**Shift Time**: Prefer flexibility for all shifts - including weekend working (_if required)._
