
Open and Advanced Management Programmes Associate Director

Job Summary: We are seeking a seasoned executive to lead our Open and AMP programmes as Associate Director.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in revenue generation, engagement with research centers, comprehensive planning and budgeting, a vision for developing both B2B and B2C verticals, improving lead to enrolment conversions, and active involvement in Salesforce CRM implementations / improvements and digital transformation initiatives.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Revenue Growth :
- Develop and execute business development strategies to drive sustainable revenue growth in both B2B and B2C segments.
- Conduct market analyses, assess competitive landscapes, and implement pricing and promotional strategies.
- Digital Marketing :
- Oversee lead generation for AMP programmes, prioritizing the digital marketing channel mix for both B2B and B2C contexts.
- Optimize digital marketing campaigns for lead quality and quantity, reducing cost per enrollment.
- Design and develop marketing collaterals for website, digital marketing channels, and social media platforms.
- Promote and host webinars for awareness creation of the AMP Portfolio.
- Engagement with Research Centers :
- Engage with internal research centers for curriculum design changes of the AMP portfolio.
- Collaborate with research centers for training sessions for business development and admission teams.
- Strategic Planning Excellence :
- Develop a visionary strategic plan for the open and AMP Division, aligning with organizational objectives.
- Integrate comprehensive planning for short and long-term goals, including financial, programmatic, and customer-centric aspects.
- Budgetary Management :
- Develop and manage budgets for the division, allocating resources judiciously and adhering to financial objectives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to create annual budgets, monitoring and adjusting allocations as needed.
- Annual Planning :
- Spearhead the annual planning process, defining strategic priorities, financial goals, and programmatic objectives.
- Align annual plans with the broader organizational strategy.
- Financial Forecasting :
- Utilize financial forecasting techniques to project future revenues and expenses.
- Provide timely and accurate financial reports to inform decision-making.
- Conversion Optimization :
- Implement strategies to improve conversions from lead to enrollment across both B2B and B2C channels.
- Analyze data and enhance the enrollment process.
- Salesforce CRM and Digital Transformation :
- Participate in the implementation and utilization of Salesforce CRM for effective lead management and customer relationship building.
- Lead digital transformation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and elevate the participant experience.
