**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive located in Vadodara. The Sales Executive will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as prospecting and generating leads, managing customer relationships, and conducting sales presentations. Additional responsibilities include negotiating deals, achieving sales targets, and collaborating with the marketing team to develop strategies to increase market penetration and sales.

**Qualifications**
- Proven sales experience and excellent customer relationship management skills
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
- Ability to achieve sales targets and work independently
- Experience in market penetration strategies and collaboration with marketing teams
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in the eco-friendly product industry is a plus

**What We’re Looking For**
- Strong communication skills (English, Hindi/Gujarati preferred)
- Confidence and clarity in phone conversations
- Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets
- Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset
- Availability for a full-time, in-office role in Vadodara
