**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Accounts Payable Management**:

- Process vendor invoices accurately and efficiently.
- Review and verify purchase orders, contracts, and invoices for proper authorization and compliance.
- Maintain vendor records and reconcile vendor statements.
- **Accounts Receivable Management**:

- Generate and send customer invoices in a timely manner.
- Monitor accounts receivable aging and follow up on outstanding invoices.
- Reconcile customer accounts and resolve billing discrepancies.
- **Financial Reporting**:

- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Compile financial data and generate various financial reports for management review.
- Conduct variance analysis and provide insights into financial performance.
- **General Ledger Maintenance**:

- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts.
- Prepare and post journal entries as necessary.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes.
- **Tax Compliance**:

- Assist in the preparation of tax returns and compliance with tax regulations.
- Maintain records and documentation for tax audits and assessments.
- Stay informed about changes in tax laws and regulations affecting the pharmaceutical industry.
- **Internal Controls and Audit Support**:

- Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
- Provide support during internal and external audits, including preparation of audit schedules and documentation.
- **Process Improvement Initiatives**:

- Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency enhancements within the finance department.
- Participate in cross-functional projects to streamline accounting processes and systems.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Prior experience in accounting or finance roles, preferably in the pharmaceutical or manufacturing industry.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Tally, or similar).
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
- Knowledge of tax laws and regulations relevant to the pharmaceutical sector.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

**How to Apply**:
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
