Job Title: Junior Accountant

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Accountant to join our accounting team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in financial accounting, reporting, and analysis, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Accounting

  1. Assist in preparing financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.

  2. Record and reconcile financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.

  3. Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data.

Financial Reporting

  1. Assist in preparing regular financial reports, including management reports and statutory reports.

  2. Analyze and interpret financial data, providing insights and recommendations.

  3. Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.

  4. Must Have Knowledge In MS EXCEL

Compliance and Audit

  1. Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.

  2. Assist in internal and external audits, providing documentation and support.

  3. Implement and maintain financial controls and procedures.

Requirements:

Educational Qualifications

  1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Experience

  1. Fresh graduates or up to 1 year or Freshers of experience in accounting.

Skills

  1. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and standards.

  2. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

  3. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  4. Proficient in accounting software and MS Office.

Preferred Qualifications:

Software Skills

  1. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks).

  2. Proficiency in MS Excel

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15, ₹30,000.00 per month
