We are looking for a dedicated Junior Accountant/Accounts Executive to join our team and support our financial processes.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Maintain daily accounting records, ledgers, and vouchers.
  • Manage accounts payable & receivable, vendor payments, and reconciliations.
  • Prepare invoices, financial reports, and assist in monthly/annual closings.
  • Handle bank reconciliations, petty cash, and expense tracking.
  • Assist in GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and other statutory filings.
  • Support in audits and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
  • Coordinate with management and vendors for smooth financial operations.

Key Skills & Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of accounting experience (mandatory).
  • Strong knowledge of bookkeeping, journal entries, and financial statements.
  • Proficiency in Tally Prime / Tally ERP 9, Vyapar, Zoho Books, Marg ERP.
  • Advanced MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Conditional Formatting, Data Validation).
  • Familiarity with MS Word, PowerPoint, and email communication.
  • Exposure to ERP/Accounting software like QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle NetSuite, or Odoo (preferred).
  • Knowledge of GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and income tax compliance basics.
  • Experience in invoice management & vendor/client communication.
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and time management.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
