**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conducting patent, trademark, and copyright searches and analyses
- Managing intellectual property portfolios, including maintaining accurate records and deadlines
- Conducting intellectual property due diligence for business transactions
- Assisting with the enforcement of intellectual property rights, including drafting cease and desist letters and responding to infringement allegations
- Supporting intellectual property litigation efforts, including document review and preparation of legal documents
- Keeping abreast of developments in intellectual property law and regulations

Bachelor's degree in Law, Intellectual Property, or related field (advanced degree preferred) Previous experience working in intellectual property law, preferably in a law firm or corporate legal department Strong understanding of patent, trademark, and copyright law and procedures Excellent research and analytical skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in legal research tools and databases
