Their core operations encompass a wide range of legal services, including business setup and management, contract and corporate services, joint ventures, foreign collaborations, technology transfers, international trade and taxation, international dispute resolution, and legal assistance across various sectors such as technology transfers, intellectual property rights (IPR), online gaming, and immigration services.

**Responsibilities -**
- Conduct in-depth legal research on various corporate and business law matters, including case law, statutes, regulations, and industry standards. Provide well-researched opinions and recommendations.
- Review, draft, and negotiate a variety of contracts, including commercial agreements, employment contracts, licensing agreements, and merger and acquisition documents. Ensure that contracts comply with applicable laws and regulations and protect the client's interests.
- Staying up-to-date with changes in corporate law and relevant legal developments through continuing legal education and professional development activities.
- Participating in business development efforts, including client pitches, proposals, and marketing initiatives. Identifying opportunities to expand the firm's client base.
- Conducting due diligence investigations in mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate transactions. Identifying and assessing legal risks and liabilities associated with potential transactions.
- Organizing and maintaining legal documents, contracts, and records in an efficient and secure manner.

**Required skills and qualifications -**
- Bachelor’s degree in law.
- Licensed to practice law from the State Bar Association.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience as a corporate lawyer.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
- Highly analytical with strong attention to detail.
- Outstanding managerial and negotiation skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
