Mace Corporate Associates is a law firm based in New Delhi, specialising in **Pharmaceutical laws, Nutraceutical Laws, Food Laws, and IPR litigation**. Our firm handles cases across various High Courts in India.

**Essential Requirements**:
1. Conducting trademark searches and drafting opinions;
2. Handling Trademark filings, prosecutions, oppositions, and renewals;
3. Drafting and handling both contentious and non-contentious legal documents and correspondences including but not limited to reply to examination reports, Oppositions, cancellations, rectifications, Counter Statements, Evidence affidavit under rules 45, 46 and 47;
3. Coordinating with Trademarks Registry and ensuring adherence to deadlines;
4. Drafting of legal notices and replies thereto;
5. Attending opposition hearings and show cause hearings before the Trademarks registry;
6. Managing and updating the trademark portfolio of all clients and advising of trademark strategy.

THE APPLICANTS SHOULD HAVE MINIMUM JOB EXPERIENCE IN TRADEMARK LITIGATION OF 2 to 4 YEARS.
