**Responsibilities**
- Engage with potential clients through various channels, including outside sales, telemarketing, and retail sales.
- Analyze client needs and recommend appropriate insurance products that meet their requirements.
- Communicate effectively with clients to explain policy details, coverage options, and benefits.
- Negotiate terms and conditions of insurance policies to ensure client satisfaction.
- Market insurance products through networking, community events, and referrals.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in compliance with company policies.
- Follow up with clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and address any concerns or questions.
- Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and regulatory changes.
**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in outside sales or insurance sales is preferred.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate complex information clearly.
- Experience in retail sales or telemarketing is a plus.
- Ability to negotiate effectively and build rapport with clients.
- Strong analytical skills to assess market conditions and client needs.
- A self-motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Must hold relevant licenses as required by state regulations.
