To be able to do new air ticket issuance through SABRE.
- To be able to do exchanges, and refunds through SABRE.
- Ability to do complex SABRE ticketing processes.
- Action updates that the travel agents have sent via the CRM.
- Reset supplier passwords and pins for agents.
- Maintaining admin calendar of events
- Maintain confidentiality with crucial data of the agents and the organization.
- Other duties as per the business required.

**Required Qualification and Skills**
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration/any stream required.
- Must be proficient in SABRE ticketing.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office and basic computer skills
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration/any stream required.
- Knowledge of the Travel Industry preferred.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
