Our mission is to provide high-quality fuel directly to your doorstep, saving your time and effort.
- **Initiate outbound calls** to potential customers/clients
- **Respond to customer inquiries** and requests for information
- **Explain products, services, company provides to their benefits** to customers
- **Provide excellent customer service** and maintain a positive customer experience
- **Achieve sales targets** and **meet performance metrics**:

- **Maintain customer data** and update records accurately
- **Follow up of calls**with customer after closer of deal, as well check about the services and ask them to rate us in the social media.

**Additionally, consider including these requirements**:

- **Minimum 2 years of experience in tele sales or telemarketing in the service industry (if possible, in Oil & Gas Industry)**:

- **Excellent communication (should be fluent in Telugu, Hindi and English)**:

- Interpersonal skills
- Strong customer orientation and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in relevant software and computer skills in MS Office. MIS reports.
- Minimum Graduate (any)
- **Immediate Joiner Preferable.**

**Salary**: Rs. 15,000/- to Rs. 18,000/-.

**Work Location**: 2-44 Kavuri Hills Road, Hyderabad, Telangana 500081 **(Work from Office)**

**Timing**:09:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Mon to Sat) 6 days a week.
