We are looking for a detail-oriented Associate - Accounts Receivable with 2+ years of AR accounting

financial records, with strong Excel skills for reporting and analysis.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Daily Receipt Bookings: Accurately record and process all receipts, ensuring timely and correct

updates in thesystem.
- Reconciliation: Perform daily and monthly reconciliation of accounts to ensure all discrepancies

are identified and resolved promptly.
- Data Entry & Maintenance (Excel): Maintain and update accurate AR records, ensuring consistency

and compliance with company policies.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other finance team members to ensure alignment on AR processes and

collections.
- Process Improvement: Assist in identifying and implementing improvements to streamline AR

processes.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable accounting.
- Proficiency in Excel, including data analysis, VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and basic formulas.
- Ability to handle high volumes of data with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication skills to interact with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Ability to manage time efficiently and meet deadlines.
- A proactive and problem-solving attitude.

**Job Location & Shift days**:

- Temporary location Worli till February 2025 and Andheri
- Marol March 2025 onwards
- HYBRID
- 5 days working (Mon to Fri) on Standard Shift Timing.
