Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Accounting and Audit Associate with 2 to 3 years of experience working in any of the Big 4 accounting firms. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in financial auditing, compliance, and reporting, along with hands-on experience using QuickBooks software.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct financial audits, including planning, execution, and reporting in accordance with auditing standards.

• Prepare and review financial statements, ensuring compliance with accounting principles and regulatory requirements.

• Perform risk assessments and develop audit strategies to evaluate financial and operational processes.

• Utilize QuickBooks to maintain and analyze financial records, reconcile accounts, and generate financial reports.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes.

• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data.

• Stay updated with the latest industry regulations, accounting standards, and best practices.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting.

• 2 to 3 years of experience in accounting and auditing (Receivables & payables)

• Proficiency in QuickBooks software for financial management and reporting.

• Strong understanding of US GAAP, IFRS, and other relevant accounting standards.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

• CPA, ACCA, or any relevant certification is a plus.

Preferred candidates from Big 4 firms and add on preference with MBA in accounting.
