**Job description**
- Preparing Dispatch material invoice generating E Way Bills
- Physically Checking Loaded Material inside of vehicle
- Physical stock checking once in a month.
- Documentation after Dispatch.
- Having good knowledge of Computer.
- Receive emergency and non-emergency calls and record significant information
- Address problems and requests by transmitting information or providing solutions
- Receive and dispatch orders for products or deliveries
- Prioritize calls according to urgency and importance
- Must be Have Good Excel Knowledge
- Should Be Graduate With Good Commnucation Skills
- Must Have Knowledge Of Excel
- Maintain Transport Database
- Ensure timely dispatch of material with proper follow-up from transporter.
- Monitoring and controlling daily consumables in dispatch.
- Quarterly review of inventory and gap analysis in inventory.
- Handling fleet of vehicles & transporters for ensuring timely delivery and transit norms.
- Monitoring and Streamlining the system and procedures for inventory management.
- Implementation of Standard Operating Procedures within dispatch and training team members in maintaining

compliance with these procedures.
- Resolve any arising problems or complaints.
- Maintain Proper Digital Documents Related To Dispatch.

**Skills**:

- Computer Literacy
- Good in communication

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
