Responsibilities - Oversee the daily operations of the dispatch department to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods. - Coordinate with warehouse staff and drivers to optimize delivery routes and schedules. - Monitor and manage dispatch schedules, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations. - Train and supervise dispatch staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance. - Maintain accurate records of dispatch activities, including deliveries, inventory, and any discrepancies. - Resolve any issues that arise during the dispatch process promptly and effectively. Skills and Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. - 0-3 years of experience in a dispatch or logistics role. - Strong organizational and multitasking skills to handle a fast-paced work environment. - Proficient in using dispatch software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective teamwork and coordination. - Ability to analyze data and make decisions based on operational needs.
