Primary Responsibilities include the following, other duties may be assigned:

  • Overall Responsible for Warehouse & Logistic Management.
  • Oversee day to day warehouse operations includes receiving, storage and dispatch.
  • Implement efficient warehouse processes and workflow to optimize productivity.
  • Conduct regular stock Audit & cycle count.
  • Implement Inventory control measures to minimize losses & discrepancies.
  • Logistics coordination, Transport arrangements
  • Ensure timely & accurate deliveries to customer.
  • Enforce safety guideline & protocols in warehouse.
  • Maintain accurate records of Inventory, warehouse process, and performance metrics.

Reporting Responsibilities:

This role reports directly to SCM Head.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

  • To ensure proper arrangement of material and ensuring good storage of materials.
  • Supervision of incoming & outgoing stocks onto warehouse
  • On time delivery of material to customer
  • Monthly MIS report to management
  • Responsible for logistics related Customer complaints

Profile:

  • Bachelor's degree in any stream with experienced in warehouse & logistics handling
  • Min 5-8 year of experience in the relevant field Controlling and monitoring Warehouse and logistics activity.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • SAP, MS Office is mandatory skill requirements.
