As a 'Performance Marketing Junior Associate' at Break The Code, you will be joining a dynamic team of digital marketing experts who are passionate about driving results through strategic online campaigns. We are looking for someone who has a strong understanding of Facebook Ads, Facebook Marketing, and Google AdWords to help us take our marketing efforts to the next level.

Key responsibilities:
1. Developing and implementing comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive traffic and conversions.
2. Managing and optimizing Facebook ad campaigns to maximize ROI and reach target audiences.
3. Creating compelling ad copy and visuals that resonate with our target market.
4. Conducting A/B testing and analyzing data to continuously improve campaign performance.
5. Collaborating with the creative team to ensure consistent branding and messaging across all platforms.
6. Staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to inform strategy development.
7. Tracking and reporting on key performance metrics to inform decision-making and drive future initiatives.
