**Overview**

We seek a highly skilled and experienced Microsoft 365 Tenant Admin to join our team that will report to the AVP of Digital Workplace. The Microsoft 365 Tenant Admin will support the deployment, configuration, and administration of Microsoft 365 in our organization to support a follow-the-sun model for a global organization.

**Responsibilities**:

- Partner with the Digital Workplace Teams to design and implement Microsoft 365 solutions that meet business needs, improve productivity, and enhance collaboration.
- Stay current with emerging Microsoft 365 technologies, trends, and best practices, and recommend innovative solutions to improve productivity, collaboration, and efficiency.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Strong technical knowledge of Microsoft 365 architecture, security, and compliance features, including Azure AD, Active Directory, Identity and Access Management (IAM), Conditional Access, Information Protection, and Compliance Manager.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
- Ability to work independently, as part of a team, and manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously.
