Roles and Responsibilities
- We are seeking a skilled Office 365 Administrator to manage and optimize our Microsoft Office 365 suite.
- Lead user management processes, including license assignments and access permissions, to boost operational productivity.
- Implement and maintain robust security protocols to improve data protection and compliance with industry standards.
- Support the integration and management of SharePoint and Power Automate to streamline processes and enhance collaboration.
- Provide user training on Microsoft 365 features and best practices to enhance user competency and productivity.
- Provide exemplary technical support by promptly resolving user issues to improve user satisfaction and operational effectiveness.

Qualification and Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field is required.
- Proven experience with Microsoft Office 365 administration and management is required.
- Proficiency in SharePoint and Power Automate is essential.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate effectively.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Strong knowledge of user management and license assignments, along with familiarity with security protocols and compliance standards.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Internship

Pay: ₹465,166.68 - ₹1,637,323.30 per year
