**Key responsibilities-**
- Lead the solution design / RFQ qualification/ Ontime solution submission, multi facet information and design cost-effective, operationally feasible solution to meet customer requirements of the respective industry vertical. Support operation in reengineering of current process / setup to sustain competitiveness.
- Liaise with customers and business development team to understand customer supply chain requirements and prepare data questionnaire based on customer RFQ requirement to capture the throughput/ requirement details.
- Provide analysis and design support in the pursuit of new business, operational implementations, and re-engineering initiatives
- Develop effective customer presentation of the appropriate solutions as part of the pursuit teams
- Coordinating with procurement team for capex requirement/ ER and IR team for minimum wage.
- To develop a database of Property, MHE, Costs, and all other information used in developing Solutions
- To utilize appropriate software tools for developing, modeling, evaluating, and selecting appropriate solution options for customers.
- Clearly outline solutions in appropriate manner and present to customers along with business development and business operations team.
- To gather data collection and verification of assigned project and discuss designed solutions with line manager, operations team, and BD team before submission
- To generate and update documents for knowledge management based on individual experience of BD and projects completed
