Job Specification - MBA/PG with 15-18 years experience in Marketing,
Brand Management and Corporate

Job Location - The Imperial Towers, Tardeo

Communication with Reputed companies in Real Estate, Hospitality,
Luxury Products, Retail etc..

**Job Description**:
1)This position will be based out of the Imperial Towers, Tardeo and lead a 5-6 member Marketing Team.
2)Conceptualization of Brand Campaigns and Marketing Strategy in line with the business requirement.
3)Design processes and experiences to delight customers. Create customer engagement through media and events
4)Brand creation, Fence branding, signages, place making, innovative branding mediums, experience zones etc.
5)Innovative ad campaigns, print, digital, video, outdoor, Exploring new mediums and associations etc.
6)Lead generation through various mediums. Lead analysis, monitoring, automation and reporting
7)Complete product proposition. Launch strategy. Market research, Roll Out plan, Staging, Awareness and Lead generation Campaigns, Collaterals. Presentation assets.
8)Generate revenue through marketing and branding effort resulting in generating leads to walk-ins to bookings.
9)Create, Manage, Monitor and optimize the marketing budget resulting in most efficient cost of marketing operations

10)Keep the spends at lowest through negotiations. Increase the credit period. new partnerships and alliances
11)Coordinate with SBU/Cluster Heads for campaign rollouts, project launches, promos and events.
12)Brand Management and Corporate Communication for SD Corp, and its properties across Mumbai.
13)Coordination with vendors and media agencies for press release/coverage and PR.
14)Coordination with Sales and CRM Team for lead generation and customer focused initiatives.
15)Evaluation of marketing campaigns and monitoring them for effectiveness.
16)Budget management and cost control to bring down marketing spends.
17)Representation of the company during Trade Fairs, Property Exhibitions and other such Events.

**Salary**: ₹3,500,000.08 - ₹4,000,000.03 per year

- Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- total work: 10 years (preferred)
- Real estate sales: 10 years (preferred)
