**About the Role**

We’re growing our tech team and looking for a skilled **Zoho One Administrator** to take ownership of our Zoho ecosystem. This is a hands-on, long-term position ideal for someone who is passionate about system building, business automation, and making a big impact across a growing business. Join us as we take on some new exciting projects and continue scaling our operations.

**What You’ll Do**
- Translate business processes into automations using workflows, blueprints, Deluge scripting, and custom modules
- Manage user roles, permissions, and secure access provisioning
- Build dashboards and reports in **Zoho Analytics** to drive business decisions
- Develop and maintain custom integrations using Zoho API and JavaScript-based frameworks
- Support deactivation workflows, customer lifecycle processes, and cross-team communication automation
- Liaise with stakeholders to implement new functionality or resolve issues
- Provide occasional support and training to end users

**Must-Haves**
- 2+ years of hands-on **Zoho administration experience**:

- Solid experience with **Zoho CRM, Creator, Desk, and Analytics**:

- Proficiency in **Deluge scripting**:

- JavaScript or JS-based frameworks experience
- Strong API integration background
- Understanding of CRM processes and how they map across business teams (e.g. sales to billing)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
- Comfortable working during **EST business hours (9AM-5PM)**:

- Able to speak and write in English

**Nice-to-Haves**
- Experience in **Zoho Creator custom app development**:

- Exposure to multiply CRM frameworks like **SAP, Hubspot, Salesforce etc**:

- Familiarity with **Agile or ITIL frameworks**:

- **Zoho certifications** (major plus)
- Previous experience in a **B2B SaaS or service-based business.**:

- Project management or technical leadership potential

- Able to collaborate closely with our friendly India-based tech team

**Compensation & Perks**
- ₹80,000 - ₹100,000 INR/month (40 hours/week)
- Paid via direct deposit in INR
- $100 CAD/month health or benefit allowance
- 10 days (2 weeks) **paid vacation** per year
